Psychic Abilities
Although rare, some people are indeed gifted with psychic abilities. If the ST wishes, they can give them to a character. In some places in the world, such as is the case with some tribes in Shavay and some Lakiratai cults in Jedda, people actually have methods of cultivating these powers.
Most psychic abilities are relatively minor, and might include premonitions, dreams which come true, or the ability to feel a person's emotions.
Rarer are abilities such as mind-reading, psychometry, telepathy, and powers which enable the psychic to control the thoughts, emotions, or actions of others.
The rarest types of psychic powers involve direct physical manifestations like telekinesis.
Potential victims will usually get a Willpower roll to avoid the effects of any psychic powers aimed at them.
