Piercing Grievous Wounds Chart – Roll 1d100.
26-29 Puncture of the groin. Take 5 additional damage and roll under 2x your willpower to remain conscious. If conscious, Pass at 1%.
30-40 A shallow puncture of the chest or shoulder which skips and causes a long cut. Take 3 additional damage.
41 Heart is punctured. Take 10 additional damage and 5 per quint thereafter unless magical healing is applied. Pass at 1%.
42-55 Shallow puncture to belly. Take 6 additional damage.
56-60 Deep, severe belly puncture. Take 8 additional damage plus 1 per quint thereafter until magical healing is applied or victim is dead. No staunch possible. Pass at 3%.
61-62 Stab into neck. Artery is punctured. Take 2 additional damage plus 2 per quint until staunched. Staunch at 20%.
63-64 Stab to throat. Take 3 additional damage and roll under 3x willpower to remain conscious. If conscious, Pass at 2%.
65 Eye stabbed. Roll 1d10. 1-4, right eye blinded, 5, deep puncture which enters brain, 6-10, left eye blinded. If brain is punctured, the victim will suffer automatic unconsciousness. Roll a 1d100. On a roll of 1-50 the victim will eventually heal fully (except for the blinded eye). If 51-80, the victim will enter a coma until they either waste away and die, or are healed. If 81-00, the victim will die within a few days unless magical healing intervenes. If blinded, Pass at 2%.
66-67 Stab in face. Take 1 additional damage and roll 1d6 to determine how many Attractiveness points you will lose if the wound heals naturally. Pass at 4%.
68-75 Stab in thigh. Take 4 additional damage and reduce your speed rating by 3 until healed.
76 Deep stab to chest, puncturing a lung. Take 6 additional damage and reduce speed rating by 4 until healed. Pass at 4%, and reduce your number of attacks by ½. (if you have 1 attack, you will only get to attack once every other quint).
77-78 Vicious stab to the knee. Reduce speed rating to 1 and roll under 3x willpower to remain conscious. If conscious, Pass at 2%.
79-80 Vital organ is pierced. Take 4 additional damage and 1 additional per hour until magically healed or the victim is dead.
81-85 Pierced through the body. Roll a 1d10. On 1-4, take 8 additional damage and Pass at 2%. On a 5-7, consult 79-80. On an 8-9, consult 76. On a 10, consult 41.
86-90 Hand stabbed. Odd is right, even is left. Take 2 additional damage and hand is useless until healed.
91-00 Deep puncture to an area indicated by the Wound Placement Chart. Take 1d10 additional damage and determine effects based on target hit and extra damage suffered.
