Invocative Enchantment

Spell Description - This creates a feeling of goodwill and friendship toward the caster. Suggestions are readily accepted, and the victim will aim to please. In effect, they are enchanted into believing that you are their best friend in all the world. The spell will affect even hostile creatures. After the spell fades, the victim will often be confused as to why they have had such conflicting feelings regarding the caster.

Spell Description - The caster asks a single direction-related question (for instance, where is the nearest place I can get a good cut of beef?), and throws a stick or other object onto the ground. It is important that one end of the stick is marked. The stick will then point in the proper direction.

Spell Description - The caster can command the victim to perform any action the victim is capable of. Once the spell abates, the victim will have no memory of what occurred, although during the spell's duration the victim, although their body will do what the caster asks, remains aware that they are being forced against their will.
Enchanted Slumber

Spell Description - This spell puts the victim into a deep slumber which will last for the duration stated above.

Spell Description - This spell takes an ordinary enclosure, such as a room, and makes it impossible to escape by magically sealing the doors, making walls, windows, and doors as hard as steel, etc.

Spell Description - This animates an inanimate object, over which the caster maintains complete control. Chairs can be made to run across rooms, carriages to move on their own, rugs to inchworm across floors, etc.
Mana Life

Spell Description - This spell serves one of two functions. The caster takes a person or object and casts Mana Life onto the subject. This is followed immediately by the casting of another spell upon the subject. This second spell is captured and infused into the subject. If the subject is an object, the spell will be permanently infused, creating a magical item which will function 1d6 times per day (roll each day). If cast upon a person, the person will have the spell inside of them, felt as a tingling sensation which they can release at
will for a one time effect. The process must then be done all over again
if they wish to cast another spell.

Spell Description - Lifts the subject straight up or straight down at the rate of 2' every second. The subject cannot be made to travel further from the caster than the spell's range.

Spell Description - Creates an overwhelming fear in the subject of one thing that the caster chooses (for instance, chickens).

Spell Description - Allows the caster to sense the presence of magical items and the general type of magic present (for instance, necromantic or elemental). The caster can also feel when someone else casts a spell. If the spell being cast is one the caster possesses, they can identify it exactly. This also applies to objects enchanted with a spell the caster possesses.
Truth

Stay

Spell Description - The subject is frozen in place for the duration of the spell and is unable to do anything except breathe, blink, and swallow.
Love

Spell Description - The subject will fall completely in love with the first humanoid they see of the opposite sex. After the spell wears off, the subject will feel emotions based on the experience during the enchanted period. (If all was blissful, it may continue to be so).
Mindcloak

Spell Description- This makes the subject's mind invulnerable to mind attacks, such as the Enchant Spell or Control Entity spell.
Luck

Telepathy

Spell Description - This spell allows mind-communication between the caster and any thinking creature within range. This mode of communication overcomes language boundaries.
Glamour

Spell Description - This spell makes the subject more appealing and charismatic to others. If the subject already commands great beauty or charisma, the effects can be potent indeed. If the the subject is not usually very charismatic, they will still gain benefits, but they will not be as dramatic.
Command

Spell Description - An object can be commanded to perform its natural function. Thus a candle will light, a door open or close, carriage brakes lock, locks open, belts unbuckle, spoons stir, etc. In addition, the caster can create a trigger to make the object perform its function sometime in the future (for instance, a door can be made to lock the next time someone closes it). If the Command is for an object to perform a prolonged activity (for instance, for a wagon to roll away down the street) the command will continue either until the object is out of range or until 1 min./rank has elapsed.

Rumor

Spell Description - The caster touches a subject and tells them something. The subject will feel a strange sort of urge to tell someone else what they have been told. The urge will disperse after they have told someone, but will be passed on to this new subject. It will continue until the Rumor spell abates.
Disperse

Spell Description - This removes a spell or a spell's affects. If the spell is of the same rank as the caster or below, the spell is removed at 100% (if the casting of Disperse is successful). For each rank the spell is above the caster's, the percentage is reduced by 20%. Thus a spell that is more than four ranks above the caster's cannot be Dispersed. This spell is a more potent form of the Dispel spell taught to all magicians (see
Dispelling Magic under the To Magics link below).
